Radiant Orchid Obsession

Pantone recently released the new color of the year, Marsala, but we just can't get over this "captivating, magical, enigmatic purple.”

It’s a new year and there’s so much to be excited about, especially when it comes to weddings. Spring is just around the corner along with new trends, wedding fashions and designs. In fact, Pantone has already adopted a new color of the year, which is a blend of earthy red and wine tones. While we are mesmerized by Marsala's deep and grounded red hues, we can't help but reminisce about the days when Radiant Orchid reigned as Color of the Year. Call us obsessed, but one year seems far too short for this royal color that beckons attention without demanding it to be recognized.

A Glowing Arrangement

This cheerful bouquet would add the perfect pop of sunshine and color to weddings celebrated during cooler months. Pair this glowing bouquet with platinum, navy, mint, aqua, black or champagne fabrics for a fabulous look.

We created this bright and joyful arrangement by balancing warm yellows and golds with cool neutrals. Each flower selected for this arrangement contributes a unique form, texture and fragrance to the aesthetic value and balance of the group. Additionally, each bloom offers symbolic significance to the bride who holds it, making her bouquet that much more meaningful.

Miniature Calla Lilies

Named after the Greek word for beauty, the Calla Lily is from South Africa and has a variety of meanings. The flower became popular in the 19th century as a symbol of youth and rebirth. Yellow Calla Lilies are typically associated with gratitude, divinity, marital bliss and true devotion. We simply adore their smooth petals and bell-like shape.

Billy Button
Hailing from Australia and New Zealand, these fun, globular flowers symbolize good health. We love their fuzzy texture and spheric shape. They definitely add a dimension of interest to the group.

Stock
Native to Southwest Greece and the Mediterranean, this flower represents bonds of affection and happiness. They are known for their distinct spire-like shape and perfumed scent. Their origins can be traced all the way back to ancient Rome. Swoon.

Patience Garden Rose
This remarkable beauty has been around since old world. Each bud opens up to reveal flat rosettes with scalloped petals. They are exquisitely timeless.

Dusty Miller
Dress up any bouquet with this eye-catching foliage of lacy, silvery-green leaves.

Parrot Tulips
These sigh-worthy florals originated in Turkey and produce some of the largest blooms known to the tulip family. Their soft, curvy edges add a romantic element  while happy yellow petals represent hopeless love.

Silver Brunia
Originating in South Africa, these other-worldly clusters of baubles are fine, feathery and soft to the touch. They give the grouping an unexpected twist.
